An Afghan couple is guarding a car cemetery (where old and obsolete cars are scrapped). The man promised his wife to fix one of the cars and let her drive down the street.
They repair the car after a long time, but Iranian law does not allow them to drive , Because the driving license in Iran is given to some people with very difficult and complicated conditions
